Hello Gerry,

I'm with you every mile. A lovely, poetic description of a run. I'm no poet though, although I didd write a short story about an interrupted marathon!

There's something about running that gives perspective to ones life. I've logged every one of my runs - 800 to date - and recorded every mile - 7,978 (I'm a bit of a nerd that way). What it does is allow me to look back and see what times I logged for the runs I do now. I see you've done the same. I'm 20 minutes slower over 8 miles than I was in 1997, but I'm no more tired when I finish. I still get out three times a week (no more than eight miles now)and I haven't entered any competitive runs since last summer. Don't give up altogether, Gerry, just cut back with the mileage.

	AndreaUKA - June 15, 2008 Hahaha, lovely Gerry. Orange is a well-known one, but never tried diamond or silver. Skeleton could possibly (with stretch) be Wellington...? If you spell poem 'pome', there are loads :-)
