Submission Guidelines:

Compliance with the following Submission Guidelines insures your work(s) approval and inclusion in our web site.
These guidelines are necessary to maintain the degree of professionalism we promise our Readers and Authors.
Please read ALL of the following Submission Guidelines completely. Understanding and adhering to the BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG Submission Guidelines will insure the acceptance and listing of your work in the BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG Directory.
Submission Guidelines:

BASICS:

All authors will reserve and retain all copyrights to their works.
Authors submitting works to BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG for approval will not be compensated in any way, for the writing or submitting of any text.
Authors are only permitted to submit one title to one category.
All works submitted by you must be written/authored by you. Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Plagiarists will be banned without recourse. Anyone proven guilty of copyright infringement will have their BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG account closed, all texts removed from the directory.
Naturally, BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG is looking for QUALITY works. Works with grammatical or spelling errors will be rejected. Formatting will be covered below.
Submission does NOT mean your work will be automatically accepted and listed in the BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG web site. BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG has the sole authority to except or reject any work.
Spamming of this directory will not be tolerated. Submitting multiple copies, (2 or more), of the same work using different titles, or with only slight modifications is strictly forbidden.
Offensive content will be cause for immediate account termination. Your work must not promote hate, racism, pornography, hacking, terrorism and other illegal and/or offensive activities.
Pop-up links and Java Scripting will NOT be tolerated.

Web Site Active/Inactive Links/Anchors/URLs

Download links are STRICTLY Forbidden. No direct links to any type of digital download are allowed.
BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG does not accept works that have the same ACTIVE link more than once. Do not submit duplicate identical URLs.
BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG does not knowingly allow any URLs in any of our texts that are banned by Google or if your web site engages in questionable SEO practices -- BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG may reject your works.
BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG does not auto format URL's that are in the BODY of your text.
BANNED LINKS: BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG will not accept texts with to adult oriented web sites, including but not limited to web sites that include nudity, pornography, adult-oriented shopping sites and adult-oriented sexual content or any other potentially offensive or illegal content promoting hate, racism, hacking, bomb building, terrorism or any other illegal and/or offensive activities.
EMAIL 'MAILTO:' LINKS: We highly recommend including a link to your web site in the Resource Box, but do not advocate including a mailto: or email link to your personal or work email account. Spammers will abuse it. Better to just include a web site URL and let potential customers find your email address on your web site.

Formatting Your Texts for BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG

TITLE

  1.  
    1. The Title must be in Title Case
    2. No Author or Web site Name or URL is allowed in the Title.
    3. No HTML tags are allowed in the Title.
    4. Do not put a "period" or "full stop" at the end of the Title.

SUMMARY
Add here a short description of your work that will be displayed in the listings.
TEXT BODY

  1.  
    1. There is no limit for word count, but in case you are submitting novels and/or short stories with more than 1000 words, we will paginate the text for a better reading.
    2. Please do NOT repeat the Title in the text body.
    3. Do not submit works that are pre-formatted with excessive hard carriage returns such as 60-65 characters per line. The text should flow continuously and wrap naturally. To make a new line, press the "Enter" key once; to make a new paragraph, press the "Enter" key twice to create a vertical white space.

The following HTML tags ARE allowedin the text body:-

The following HTML tags are NOT allowed in the text body:

    1. Paragraph tag
    2. Break tag
    3. Font tag
    4. Header tag
    5. Horizontal rule tag  

CATEGORY or SUB-CATEGORY
- Choosing a Category or Sub-Category

Please choose the best existing category or sub category based on the theme of your work and not the theme of your business.
BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG reserves the right to make minor changes/edits/additions to the above guidelines at any time without prior notice to our Member Authors. However, when there are any changes/edits/additions of a substantive nature to the above guidelines, Member Authors will be emailed notification of upon implementation.
BIBLIOPHILIA.ORG does not accept any responsibility or liability for the use or misuse of the work content on this site, by any other publisher or the reliance by any person on the content of any text.
